The differences between the AIO machine and the split machine in the beer brewing equipment:
The difference in structure:
There is no difference between the AIO machine and the split machine in the brewing process, which consists of saccharification, filtration, boiling and precipitation. From this wort is obtained for fermentation.
The main difference between them is that the AIO machine combines these process steps into a single vessel. The operation is very complex, more valves, easy to cause mistakes in the brewing process.
But all the steps on a splitter are separate. This will ensure the consistency of the texture.
Difference in amount of beer:
Due to the large volume equipment of the split machine, the amount of beer can also be relatively large. But the volume of integrated equipment is small, so the amount of beer is relatively small.
Cost difference:
The quality of the beer with the split machine is more stable, and the cost is higher because the saccharification, fermentation and filtration are easier to control.
The AIO machine is simple to operate and convenient to clean. Compared with the split machine more save manpower and material resources and occupy an area, more suitable for small business.
Different application places:
Craft beer equipment split machine is generally suitable for big brewhouse use, the volume of beer produced is relatively large and the taste is stable.
The AIO machine is suitable for bars, restaurants, KTV, night markets, food stalls, beer houses and other places that require a relatively small area.
